Use True iService to Subscribe / Check Usage / Cancel TrueMove Plans
TrueMove H customers can subscribe to services and pay via their TrueMove H number—such as app purchases, stickers, and more—by charging them directly to their mobile bill (DCB: Direct Carrier Billing). It’s easy, convenient, and secure through True iService. Just follow these steps:
How to subscribe to the TrueMove H Direct Carrier Billing service:

Open the True iService app or visit the True iService website via Google Play or App Store.

Log in using your mobile number or email registered with TrueID.
3. Tap “See More” in the All Services section to access the full list of services.
4. Select the “Mobile Payment Subscription” icon under the Services & Packages category.

To subscribe, tap “Get Started”.

Choose the mobile number you wish to register, check the box to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions, then tap “Subscribe”.

Verify your identity by requesting an OTP code. Once received, enter the 6-digit OTP.

After successfully subscribing to the service, tap “View Setup Instructions” to see how to configure it on your mobile device.
How to Check Service Balance

Tap “See More” in the All Services section to view all available services.

Select the “Mobile Payment Subscription” icon under the Services & Packages category.

Choose the number you want to check. The system will display the list of purchased products/services and the corresponding charges for that number.
How to Cancel a Service

Tap “See More” in the All Services section to access the full list of services.

Select the “Mobile Payment Subscription” icon under the Services & Packages category.

Choose the number you want to cancel the service for, then tap “Cancel Service”.
4. Verify your identity by requesting an OTP. Once received, enter the 6-digit OTP.
5. The system will then complete the service cancellation.
