Cancel Auto-Renewal Package via Dtac App
First, check if you currently have an auto-renewing package activated.
You can usually tell whether a package is set to auto-renew by the label “Auto-Renewal” shown with the package.
Method 1: Check and Cancel via Dtac App
You can check and cancel it through the Dtac App, which is available for download on Google Play or the App Store.
-
Enter your Dtac phone number and verify with the OTP to log in.
-
Tap “Details” to view your current packages.
-
You’ll see the “Usage Info” page, where you can find the “Current Package” or “Add-on Package” tabs.
-
At the bottom of the add-on package section, there will be a trash can icon. Tap it to cancel the package and confirm your cancellation.
Once canceled, your package will no longer auto-renew.
If you want to re-subscribe, simply dial the activation code again
or purchase a new package directly through the Dtac App.
Method 2: Check and Cancel Package via USSD Code
For active packages:
Dial *1003 and press Call
Then press 8 to hear your add-on packages
Press 2 to cancel an add-on, or
Press 1 to select the package you want to cancel
Choose the package and confirm cancellation.
Once done, the package will be canceled immediately.
For pending renewal packages (not currently in use):
Dial *103*0# and press Call
This works in either of these cases:
– You receive an SMS notification before the package expires (at midnight), or
– The package is waiting to auto-renew but is inactive due to insufficient balance.
